We participate in most major insurance plans, including Medicare. As a Medicare participating provider, we accept Medicare’s assignment for claims processing. Please note that we do not participate in Medicaid.

If you are insured through a plan we do not participate with—or if you are paying out of pocket—we offer prompt-pay discounts when services are paid in full at the time of service. If you are unsure whether we participate with your plan, please contact our office and we will be happy to assist you.

If we are in-network with your plan, your coverage and benefits are determined by your insurance company. While we will review your benefits and provide an estimate of costs during check-in, it is ultimately your responsibility to understand your insurance coverage.
